1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the abd67 website accessible at abd67.io, including all subpages, services, products, software, and content made available through that domain.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the abd67 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the abd67 registration process.
• "Balance" means the real-money BDT funds held in a Player's Account that are available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin credit, or matched deposit credit awarded to a Player under a specific promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software provider whose games are available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Red Tiger.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Player Balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1 By creating an abd67 Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and in a personal capacity, not on behalf of another individual or entity.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register maintained by abd67 or any other gaming platform.
• You have not previously had an abd67 Account that was suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or immediate family member of abd67 or any Game Provider whose games appear on the Platform.

2.2 abd67 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any Player at any time. Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in suspension of the Account pending resolution.

2.3 If abd67 determines, at any point, that a Player is under 21 years of age, abd67 will immediately suspend the Account, withhold all funds pending investigation, and report the matter in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Any winnings accrued by an underage Player shall be forfeited in their entirety.

2.4 abd67 operates exclusively for players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws. abd67 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the abd67 Platform. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether created by the same individual using different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Abd67 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit associated balances, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. Abd67 will never ask for your password via any channel including live chat, email, or WhatsApp. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number where offered.
• Log out of your Account after every session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify abd67 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Abd67 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to secure their Account credentials. Any activity conducted through a Player's Account, regardless of whether it was authorised by the Player, shall be deemed to have been conducted by the Account holder unless the Player has previously notified abd67 of a suspected security breach.

3.5 Abd67 operates a strict one-Account-per-household policy. Where multiple members of the same household wish to hold separate Accounts, they must contact abd67 support in advance to request authorisation. Unauthorised multiple Accounts registered at the same physical address or sharing the same payment method may be treated as duplicate Accounts.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on abd67 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) with no currency conversion fee applied. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Abd67 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where detected.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the Player's Account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) banking hours to be credited. Abd67 shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, provided that payment method supports outgoing transfers. Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in the Player's own legal name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.

Abd67 targets same-day withdrawal processing for fully verified (KYC-complete) Accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on any calendar day are typically processed within two (2) hours. Requests submitted after this time may be processed the following business day. Withdrawal timelines are targets only and are not contractually guaranteed.

4.3 KYC Verification for Withdrawals

Abd67 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within fourteen (14) days of a request may have their withdrawal placed on hold and their Account suspended pending resolution.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Abd67 may withhold, delay, or reverse a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, abd67 will notify the Player and request additional documentation as part of its investigation. Funds may remain on hold for up to thirty (30) days during an active investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Abd67 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to specific bonus terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the applicable bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the bonus terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Abd67 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify the wagering requirement, or cancel a bonus if it suspects the offer is being abused, including through coordinated betting, low-risk hedging strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotional conditions.
• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to any other person.

5.3 Players who hold a pending bonus on their Account may not be permitted to withdraw their real-money Balance until the bonus has either been met, forfeited, or expired, depending on the specific promotion terms. Players who do not wish to accept a bonus must contact abd67 support to request removal of the bonus prior to placing any wager.

6 Betting Rules and Game Play

6.1 All bets placed on abd67 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market. These rules are displayed within each game interface or betting market and form part of these Terms by reference. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

6.2 Abd67's cricket betting markets cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international bilateral series. Live in-play odds are provided in real time and may be suspended at any time at abd67's discretion, including during delays, weather interruptions, or technical issues. Bets already accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated in the market rules.

6.3 Abd67 shall not be liable for any errors in odds caused by obvious pricing mistakes. Where an odds error is identified, abd67 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account. Players who are found to have systematically identified and exploited pricing errors may have their accounts suspended.

6.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or market and may vary by event, game type, or account tier. Abd67 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account without prior notice.

6.5 All casino games on the Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing conducted in certified studio environments. Abd67 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any certified RNG game.

7 Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abd67 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent communication with abd67.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal sources or from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional conditions in a manner that circumvents the spirit of abd67's bonus terms.
• Colluding with other players, Game Providers, abd67 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code or underlying systems of the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or other technology designed to mask your true geographical location.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Abd67 provides all Players with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration alerts to notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months and are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

8.2 Abd67 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any Account without the Player's request, including where abd67's monitoring systems identify patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling.

8.3 The abd67 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Players are responsible for ensuring that the Platform is not accessible to minors on any device they use. 21+ Only

9 Privacy and Data

9.1 Abd67's collection, storage, and use of Player personal data is governed by the abd67 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

9.2 Abd67 processes Player data for the purposes of Account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised promotions where the Player has given explicit consent. Abd67 does not sell Player personal data to third parties.

9.3 All personal data and financial transaction data transmitted between the Player's device and the abd67 Platform is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Abd67 stores passwords using one-way cryptographic hashing and does not have access to Player passwords in plain text.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the abd67 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, databases, and game interfaces (excluding third-party Game Provider content which remains the property of the respective Game Providers), is the exclusive property of abd67 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit the copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance of any Platform content without abd67's prior written consent.

10.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by Players to abd67 regarding the Platform may be used by abd67 at its discretion without any obligation of confidentiality, attribution, or compensation to the Player.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abd67's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Player's Account, or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 Abd67 shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputation.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage.
• Any loss arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.

11.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Abd67 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Abd67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where abd67 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7, or where continued operation of the Account would expose abd67 to legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.

12.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, abd67 reserves the right to withhold any Balance, Bonus Funds, or pending winnings as compensation for loss suffered by abd67 as a result of the breach. The forfeiture of funds in such circumstances is not subject to appeal.

12.3 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting abd67 support via live chat or WhatsApp. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.4 Abd67 reserves the right to terminate the Platform entirely, or discontinue access to the Platform for Players in any specific jurisdiction, at any time with reasonable notice where operationally or legally required.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 Abd67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, abd67 will notify active Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

13.2 It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.3 If a Player does not agree to any amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Requests for Account closure submitted in response to a Terms amendment will be processed in accordance with Section 12.3 above.
